What this page covers
This policy applies to the AI Readiness Snapshot you can request through this site. The Snapshot is offered by Project Baseline to contractors participating in utility market development and contractor training programs, including the Ameren Illinois Energy Efficiency Program Market Development Initiative cohort delivered by Walker-Miller Energy Services. Project Baseline is the data controller for any information you submit through this form.
If you submit your business information through the form on this site, this is what we do with it. And what we do not do.
What we collect
When you fill out the form, we collect:
- Business information: business name, trade, years in business, crew size, ZIP code, top pain points, and diversity certification status (optional).
- Contact information: your first and last name, email address, and phone number (optional).
- Technical metadata: submission timestamp, a generated reference ID, and standard server logs (IP address, user agent) for security and rate-limiting only.
That is the full list. We do not collect financial account information, payment information, social security numbers, or any sensitive personal data through this form.
What we do with it
Your submission has one purpose: build your personalized AI Readiness Snapshot and deliver it to you. Specifically:
- The form data goes to our Snapshot generator, which combines an AI system built on Anthropic's Claude model with Project Baseline's curated tool stack and funding intelligence. The generator reads your inputs and produces the Snapshot.
- The Snapshot is rendered as a PDF and shown on the page where you submitted the form, with a download link.
- A copy of the Snapshot and your submission is stored in our internal system so we can reissue the Snapshot if you lose it, or follow up if you reach out to us.
What we do NOT do
- We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.
- We do not share your data with Walker-Miller Energy Services, Ameren Illinois, the Market Development Initiative program team, or any other third party for marketing without your explicit permission. Program partners are referenced on this site as ecosystem partners only. They are not joint controllers of any personal data submitted through this form.
- We do not use your submission to train AI models, and Anthropic's commercial terms state that it does not train on data submitted through its API.
- We do not add you to any mailing list, automated sequence, or drip campaign without your explicit opt-in. You receive no automatic email from this form.
- We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site beyond what is needed to ensure the page loads.
Who can see your data
Inside Project Baseline, your submission is accessible to Todd Walton (founder and principal) and any consultant working directly on a related contractor engagement, only as needed. We do not provide third-party access to business information submitted through this form.
Anthropic processes your form data to generate your Snapshot under its commercial terms, which state that customer inputs and outputs are not used to train its models. Anthropic's retention and privacy commitments are documented at anthropic.com/legal/privacy.
How long we keep it
We retain your submission and the generated Snapshot for up to 24 months, so we can reissue the Snapshot if needed and respond to follow-up questions. After 24 months, your submission is deleted from active storage. You can request deletion sooner at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Send you a copy of the data you submitted
- Correct any inaccurate information
- Delete your data from our records
Email [email protected] with your reference ID (found in your confirmation and Snapshot) and the request. We respond within five business days.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. We may use a single session cookie purely for security purposes (preventing form spam) which expires when you close the browser. No third-party analytics, no Facebook pixel, no Google Ads tracking.
Program partner relationship
Walker-Miller Energy Services and the Ameren Illinois Energy Efficiency Program are referenced on this site as ecosystem partners for the contractor audience this Snapshot is built for. They are not joint controllers of personal data submitted through this form, and they do not receive your submission unless you separately opt-in to share information with them (for example, by mentioning Project Baseline in a program conversation). Walker-Miller and Ameren Illinois privacy notices apply to any information you provide directly to them through their own intake channels, not to information you submit here.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we update the "Last updated" date at the top and post the new version here. Material changes that affect what we collect or how we use it will be communicated via email to anyone affected, before the change takes effect.
